Pandora's User Interface is Ingenious

I noticed something very subtle but ingenious on Pandora (http://www.pandora.com/). They only present you with a very simple UI at first. Certainly this is so it doesn't scare you away. As you begin to use it, they add elements to the UI and explain what they are for. This is the first time I've seen something like this. It's amazing.
